Code of Conduct
All licensed immigration advisers in New Zealand are required to comply with the Licensed Immigration Advisers Code of Conduct 2014, pursuant to section 37 of the Immigration Advisers Licensing Act 2007.
You can read the Licensed Immigration Advisers Code of Conduct 2014 here:
Pursuant to section 36 of the Immigration Advisers Licensing Act 2007, your licensed immigration adviser is also required to maintain their Competency Standards at all times.
The Competency Standards to which your licensed immigration adviser will adhere to can be found here:
If you feel that we have been in breach of these standards, engaged in dishonest or misleading behaviour, negligent, or acted with incompetence then you have the right to file a complaint.
We have an internal complaints procedure that deals with all complaints with confidentiality, respect and care. We strive to provide our clients with the best possible services, and therefore take any complaints very seriously.
Clients also have the right to file a complaint with the Immigration Adviser’s Authority if you feel we have breached the Code of Conduct or Competency Standards. Further information on this process can be found on the IAA’s website:
