You will hear from us within the week of the receipt of the complaint and we
will make every effort to find a resolution with you according to our obligations
under the Immigration Advisers Licensing Act 2007.
If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, or you wish for any other
reason to take it further, you may complain to the Immigration Advisers
Complaints and Disciplinary Tribunal. Complaints must be made in writing,
must specify the grounds of the complaint, must state whether you have
attempted to resolve the complaint directly, and must be accompanied by
copies of any supporting documentation.
